Dear Music Parents and Guardians,
Welcome back, I hope you and your child had a smooth beginning of this school year. My name is Kevin Yang and I am the band director at Carson Graham Secondary School. There is a lot happening in the Carson Graham Music Department for the 2021/2022 school year. Due to our ongoing battle with the COVID-19 virus, we will be inviting all of you to our Music Parents Annual General Meeting ONLINE this year.
Please click the link below (5 minutes before the meeting) to join us at 7pm this coming Monday, September 27th via Microsoft Teams.
If you have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your devices, you can open the meeting with it. However, you DO NOT have to have Microsoft Teams on your devices to join the meeting.
You can run the meeting within your web browser. Simply follow these steps:
- Click the link above and choose “Continue on this browser”
- Click “Allow” to allow teams.microsoft.com to use your camera and microphone
- Enter your name in the box in the next window and click “Join Now”
- Wait in the virtual lobby to be granted access 5 minutes before the meeting
*Please remember to mute your microphone and turn off the camera when joining the meeting. There will be time for questions and comments at the end of the meeting.
