Your Carson Graham PAC Executive Committee is proposing a change to our bylaws and this
will be voted on at our Extraordinary Meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, directly followed by our General Meeting.

It is our duty to inform you at least 14-days in advance of this vote.

SUMMARY:
This is a bylaw change to meet new operational demands and requirements for online meetings.
