May 20th Zoom Meeting
This is a Notice of a VIRTUAL Carson Graham PAC general meeting to be held on May 20, 2020 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This meeting will take place VIA ZOOM.
Please confirm your attendance by sending an email to secretary@carsongrahampac.ca so that a link to the meeting can be sent to you. In the email please state your name and how many children you have currently enrolled in Carson Graham Secondary. Please respond by Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
The meeting agenda and January 22, 2020 minutes are attached to this notice.
During this meeting, the following motions to VOTE will take place:
MOTION: Accept the previous meeting’s minutes (January 22, 2020)
Voting will be made by clicking on the Yes or No icon and the Secretary will count votes.
VIRTUAL MEETING PROCEDURE
- Meeting will be recorded for the purpose of the Secretary accurately reflecting the meeting on the minutes. When you join the meeting you can chose to enable video or not.
- Participants will be muted all the time and will be able to speak by asking the Chair to unmute them by clicking on “raising hand” icon. Secretary will monitor the raising hands.
- Participants can ask questions through the “chat” icon. Vice Chair will monitor the questions.
The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm sharp with a “Clapping Hands to Honour Pandemic First Responders”. You will be able to join the meeting from 6:45pm to familiarize yourself with ZOOM icons: Yes, No, Raise Hands, Chat
If you don't feel comfortable using ZOOM, please include a note to this effect with your email to our secretary confirming attendance.
